Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 5, 2026 · Last updated: October 5, 2026

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Pinpoint Soccer LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (“Pinpoint Soccer,” “we,” “us”), a company based in New Mexico that serves families throughout the United States, collects, uses, shares, and protects information through:

  • pinpointsoccer.com (our marketing website),
  • the Pinpoint Soccer platform (our web application where coaching, video feedback, chat, and progress reports are delivered), and
  • our coaching services and related communications (email, live video calls).

Postal address: Pinpoint Soccer LLC, 1209 Mountain Road PL NE STE R, Albuquerque, NM 87110

Pinpoint Soccer coaches young players, but our services are offered to parents and legal guardians, not to children. Only a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older (“Parent”) may create an account, purchase, and communicate with us; the Parent is our customer and the person we look to for consent and privacy decisions. The young person who receives coaching is the “Player.” Players who are minors do not have accounts and do not communicate directly with the coach. A Player who is 18 or older may hold their own account independently; accounts are created only after payment and once Pinpoint Soccer enables them by invitation. The minimum age to enroll as a Player is 8 years old. Section 8 explains how we handle information about Players who are children, and Section 9 covers Players aged 13–17.

2. Summary

  • We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising.
  • We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on the platform.
  • Parent-only service: accounts are held by Parents; we do not give accounts to children and do not collect information directly from them (see Section 8).
  • Videos are shared as unlisted YouTube links that the Parent controls; we do not store the video file (see Section 5).
  • A Parent may ask us to review, correct, export, or delete their Player’s information by emailing info@pinpointsoccer.com (see Section 10).
  • We keep data only as long as needed (see Section 11).

3. Information we collect

3.1 Through the website contact form

Full name, email address, the Player’s age, playing position, plan of interest, and any message you write. The form must be completed by a Parent or other adult (18+), not by a child, and you should not enter the Player’s last name, contact details, school, or photos — see Section 8.

3.2 When a Parent uses the platform

  • Account information (the Parent’s): name, email address, password (stored only as a salted hash, never in plain text), and the date and version of the policies accepted.
  • Player profile (provided by the Parent): the Player’s first name, date of birth (used to place the Player in the right age band), playing position, competitive level, club, and training goals. We receive this information from the Parent, not from the Player.
  • Training and match content: links to videos the Parent chooses to share (see Section 5; the videos show the Player’s image and may include voice), the coach’s written feedback and analysis, assignments, scores, badges and trophies shown in the platform, and progress reports.
  • Messages: messages sent through the in-platform chat between the Parent and the coach. The coach communicates with the Parent, not directly with the Player.
  • Notifications and emails: we send service emails (invitations, password resets, new feedback, report ready) and in-app notifications.
  • Payment information: our plans and the Preseason Bootcamp are purchased through Whop, our payment platform. Card and billing details are collected and processed by Whop and its payment partners, not by us; we do not receive or store full card numbers. The purchaser (the Parent) creates or uses a Whop account and is also subject to Whop’s own terms and privacy policy. From Whop we receive confirmation of the purchase and the purchaser’s contact details. We require the purchaser to be the Player’s Parent or legal guardian (18+) in our Terms. Please do not enter the Player’s information in Whop fields or order notes.
  • Live video calls: calls are held with the Parent. We do not record a call without telling you first and getting a Parent’s consent.

3.3 Collected automatically

  • Website: our web host (Hostinger) keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date/time) for security and reliability. Our website does not set cookies of its own and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
  • Platform: authentication cookies needed to keep you logged in and protect against forgery, and small “seen/not seen” markers stored in your browser (localStorage).
  • Fonts: our website fonts are served from our own domain.

3.4 What we do NOT collect

We do not knowingly collect precise geolocation, government identification numbers, financial account numbers (other than through Whop, which handles payments), or biometric identifiers/face templates. We do not run facial recognition on videos.

4. How we use information

  • To deliver the coaching services: assign and review training, analyze matches, generate progress reports, and enable coach–Parent communication.
  • To create and secure accounts (login, password reset, fraud and abuse prevention).
  • To send service messages (invitations, password resets, new feedback/report/message).
  • To respond to inquiries from the website form and schedule the free call.
  • To bill and manage our plans and the Preseason Bootcamp, and to keep required records.
  • To send marketing emails to Parents only if they have opted in or as otherwise permitted by law, each with a working unsubscribe link and our postal address.
  • To keep the service safe, comply with law, and protect the safety of minors.
  • To improve the service using aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify a Player.

We do not use Player information for third-party advertising, and we do not use Players’ videos, images, or names in our marketing without a separate written authorization from the Parent.

5. Videos, links, and files

Training and match videos are shared as unlisted YouTube links created and controlled by the Parent. Pinpoint Soccer stores the link, not the video file. The link is shown to the Player’s coach and in the Parent’s account. “Unlisted” does not mean private: anyone who has the link can watch the video. Please do not post the link publicly, and consider using YouTube’s “private” sharing where available. The video’s visibility, storage, and retention are also governed by the YouTube/Google account of the person who uploaded it and Google’s own privacy policy. Children under 13 cannot hold their own YouTube account; the Parent uploads and manages every video of the Player. When the video is displayed in the platform, it is played by an embedded YouTube player (in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode), which may cause YouTube/Google to receive information such as your IP address and set its own cookies.

Coaches may attach reference documents as links to their own Google Drive/Dropbox; we store only the link.

6. Who we share information with

We share information only as described below.

These providers process information on our behalf to operate the service. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers.

Information about children and third parties: we will not disclose information about a Player who is a child to third parties other than those needed to operate the service (as listed above) without a separate authorization from the Parent.

7. Communications and marketing

Service and account messages are sent as needed. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link and our postal address, and we honor opt-outs within 10 business days (we aim for immediately). We do not send text messages today. We do not send marketing to children; all communications, including marketing, are addressed to Parents.

8. Children’s information — for Parents

Our service is for Parents. Pinpoint Soccer is offered to parents and legal guardians who want individual soccer coaching for their child. Only a Parent aged 18 or older may create an account, purchase, and communicate with us. We do not offer accounts to children, and our coach does not communicate directly with Players. The minimum Player age is 8 years old; we do not knowingly coach children younger than 8.

Information about the Player comes from the Parent. The Parent gives us the Player’s first name, date of birth, playing position, level, club, and goals, and the videos or video links the Parent chooses to share, which show the Player’s image and may include voice. We use this information only to provide the coaching the Parent requested: training assignments, feedback, match analysis, and progress reports. We do not use it for advertising, for profiling for advertising, or for any unrelated purpose, and we do not sell it.

We do not collect information directly from children. We do not ask children to create accounts, to log in, to chat with us, to upload content, or to give us their contact details. Please do not let a child submit information to us, send us messages, or upload videos; the Parent does that. Our website contact form is for adults only.

If a child registers or contacts us on their own. If we learn that a child (or any person under 18) opened an account, purchased, or sent us personal information without a Parent’s involvement, we will close the account or disregard the submission and delete the information promptly, and we will tell the Parent where we are able to reach them. If you believe this has happened, contact info@pinpointsoccer.com.

Parent’s rights over the Player’s information. A Parent may at any time: (a) review the information we hold about their child; (b) ask us to correct or delete it; (c) refuse further collection or use; and (d) withdraw their acceptance or authorizations. Contact info@pinpointsoccer.com. We will confirm that the request comes from the account holder before releasing or deleting a child’s information. Withdrawing or asking for deletion may end the service.

Sharing. We share information about a Player only with the providers listed in Section 6 that help us operate the service, and with others only with the Parent’s separate authorization or where the law permits.

Retention and security. We keep information about a Player only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, then delete it securely — see Section 11 and Section 12.

9. Players aged 13–17

The same Parent-only model applies to Players aged 13 to 17: the Parent holds the account, provides the Player’s information, and communicates with the coach. We do not sell or share Players’ personal information for targeted advertising. A teenager may not accept these terms or open an account on their own.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: know/access the personal information we hold; correct it; delete it; obtain a portable copy (export); opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or of targeted advertising or certain profiling; and not be discriminated against for exercising rights. California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states provide some or all of these rights, often subject to size thresholds. As a matter of policy we offer these rights to all Parents regardless of state, on behalf of themselves and their Player.

How to make a request: email info@pinpointsoccer.com. We handle requests by email. We will verify your identity (for example, by asking you to confirm from the email address on the account) and respond within the time required by applicable law. If we refuse, you may appeal by replying to our decision; you may also contact your state attorney general. You may use an authorized agent with written permission.

Sale/sharing and Do Not Track. We do not sell or share personal information. Our website does not respond differently to “Do Not Track” signals because it does not track visitors across sites; we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request if it were ever relevant.

Backups may retain deleted data for a limited period before being overwritten.

12. Security

We use safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, restricted access to authorized staff, invitation-only registration, and single-use, time-limited links for invitations and password resets. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you and regulators as required by law. We will not describe video links as “private” when they are only “unlisted.”

13. International visitors

Pinpoint Soccer is based in New Mexico and serves families in the United States. The platform is not offered to residents of the EU/UK/other jurisdictions.

14. Third-party sites

Links to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other sites are governed by those companies’ privacy policies. We do not embed their tracking widgets on our website.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If we make a material change, we will give active clients advance notice by email, and for changes to how we handle information about children we will ask the Parent to accept the new version where required. The “Last updated” date shows the current version.
